Before leaving the NoHo Space, please help reset the office for the next person by completing the following steps:
Tidy Up
Please leave the space ready for the next person:
- Place all dishes, cups, and cutlery in the dishwasher.
- Throw away trash and recycle items properly.
- Wrap up any cables or accessories you used and return them to their proper location.
- Return desks, chairs, and furniture to their standard positions if you moved anything.
Lights Off
Please turn off the lights on your way out. There are two different lighting systems in the space:
- Hue lights — Each entrance has a dedicated Hue light switch/wall remote that controls the Philips Hue lighting system throughout the office.
- Overhead lights — The additional overhead track lighting is controlled by separate wall panels located near each entrance.
The two multi-occupancy restrooms have individual lighting systems that turn off automatically.
Music Off
Please turn off any music playing in the space before leaving, following the directions below.
To turn off music:
- Use the iPad located on the main credenza.
- Open the Sonos or Spotify app.
- Press Pause on the currently playing music.
For any issues, see the SOUND section of the Space Guide for Sonos instructions.
If music is accidentally left on, it will eventually time out and turn off automatically, but please make an effort to pause it before leaving.
Closing & Safety Checklist
Before leaving, please make sure all windows are fully closed.
If any candles were lit during your time in the space, please make sure they are fully blown out before leaving. Never leave lit candles unattended, and confirm they are completely extinguished before exiting the office.
If you are the last person leaving the space:
- Remove the door block from the entrance door.
- Allow the door to fully close behind you.
- Confirm that the door has locked properly before leaving.
Returning Key Fobs
If you no longer need your key fob, please return it by placing it inside the green shell located on the Crosby entrance credenza.

Thank you for helping keep the NoHo Space clean, secure, and ready for everyone to use!
